I’ve been working on my steak game after getting some advice from the top steakhouse in Bend.
And by “working on it,” I mean aggressively overthinking every step like it’s a NASA launch.
Salt timing? Critical.
Pan temperature? Life or death.
Butter basting? Spiritual experience.
But… I think we’ve got a breakthrough.
This might be my best one yet.
Crispy crust.
Juicy inside.
Confidence at an all-time high.
Am I now qualified to open a steakhouse?
Absolutely not.
Will I act like I am this weekend?
Also yes.
