Thought from the week

Find your growth mindset peeps

I spent the week in Mexico with a few gents who geek out on business as hard as I do.

We’re talking stocks, startups, history, money… basically the kind of conversations that would make most dinner guests fake a bathroom break.

Two full days of all things growth.

And honestly, it was such a good reminder of how powerful a growth mindset really is.

These guys could be dropped in any era. medieval times, Mars, whatever, and they’d still figure it out.

Why?

Because they share a few traits that make them unstoppable:

• They’re absolute problem-solving machines.

• Their work ethic is solid.

• They genuinely love the craft.

• And most of all, they’re insatiably curious.

That last one stood out.

The past two days felt like a 48-hour Q&A marathon.

Everyone was foaming at the mouth to learn.

No ego. No dumb questions. Just pure curiosity on full display.

Feeling stuck or like you’re building on an island?

Find your growth trust.

A group of people who accelerate your learning, push you to level up, and if we’re being honest… make you feel just a little more normal.

Interesting Tool/Find

If you’re traveling internationally and don’t speak the language, do yourself a favor and download the latest Google Translate app.

It’s like having a pocket-sized diplomat.

Unbelievably helpful for someone as uncultured as myself.

Image from my life

Our surf guide Carlos took us to some of the best waves of my life.

The hike in? A casual stroll across a few “bridges” that looked like they were held together by hopes and prayers with crocodiles chilling underneath.

Nothing like a little bonus adrenaline before paddling out.

See you all next week!
