Shifting my mindset for better performance.
Sometimes I feel like a race car driver that’s building his car when the race is already 20 laps in. I’m in the wrong mindset in the wrong phase of the race.
Different phases of business require different mindsets.
🧠 Build Phase - Requires a GSD (Get Shit Done) mindset
🧠 Operating Phase - Requires a project and people management mindset
🧠 Owner Phase - Requires an investor mindset
One of my bottlenecks is being in the wrong mindset in the wrong phase of the business.
Note to self: Take more 10,000 foot views to ensure you’re in the write mindset for the business you’re focused on.
Interesting find/tool of the week
I love a good ad. I try to write down or screen shot all the ads that get my attention. Then, I go to the Meta ad library and see any and all ads the company is running. This has been a gold mine!
